As an efficient and effective long-time entrepreneur, Dan attended Denison University in Ohio. Later, he served in the US Military for more than three years as a Warrant Officer in the European Theatre. Upon his return Dan became one of the first visionaries in the (then) fledgling television industry. As such, he opened one of the first UHF television stations in Ohio, one that went on to become one of the early affiliates of television network giant, NBC. Dan started and grew a transportation and warehousing business that came to include what we now deem to be Intermodal transport. Always thinking ahead, Dan's raison d'etre these days is to source new and elegant means of financing those enterprises that meet certain criterion he has classified after decades in business. Moreover, it is his intent to finance the more innovative of projects, particularly those of Third World nations and their infrastructure. Transportation and Communications are just two of the most recent projects financed by Dan and COPS MB and he is always on the lookout for new and exciting projects to delve into. |
Edward Overmyer Edward was raised in Chappaqua, New York. He attended The Harvey School in Katonah, New York and then graduated from the Saint Luke’s School in New Canaan, Connecticut. Edward then attended the University of Denver where he majored in Business Administration in the early 1980s.

Aaron Gilbert Mr. Gilbert began his career in financial services over 20 years ago by selling life insurance, securities, mortgages and real estate. Within two years he became one of the largest producers in his region and soon climbed the ranks of management. From there he helped formed a new financial services company which grew to over 16 offices throughout California with over 150 employees. In 1996, Mr. Gilbert progressed to doing only commercial financing and real estate by working with production subdivision builders. Mr. Gilbert specialized in helping them acquire land and the financing necessary for the acquisition, development and construction of their projects. Since then, Mr. Gilbert has developed experience in providing financing for all types of commercial projects including: resorts, assisted living facilities, biodiesel plants, mines, retail shopping centers, office buildings, hotels, and more. |

Christopher Schreck Chris is responsible for all compliance activities. He is also responsible for verifying the validity of debt and equity issues and for investigatory and due diligence functions.

Katharine Schreck Katharine handles financial reporting, accounting and contracts.

Jeri Graham Ms. Graham, as Project coordinator is the primary contact for new project submissions. She maintains our project database and she works closely with our Project Analysts throughout the review process and provides clients with project status updates. Ms. Graham has over 15 years experience in real estate and finance.

Ana Levy Ana has experience as a bi-lingual assistant for corporate law and received training to be a quality control representative before ISO. She speaks fluent Spanish, English, and some Hebrew. She is Dan Overmyer's personal assistant and the Director of Human Resources.

Joyce Santifer Joyce has been with the company for 6 years. Prior to coming to Denver, she was a paralegal. She is skilled in computer technology, research, contract law and corporate law. Joyce also handles our customer relations.

Kathleen Overmyer Kathleen has over 20 years administrative experience in the environmental, mortgage and banking industries. Kathleen is responsible for our website design and maintenance and is Edward Overmyer's personal assistant.
